Originally from Toronto, Olga graduated Summa Cum Laude from York University in 2009. She spent four years working for Toronto Employment and Social Services before she moved to London and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2016. During law school, Olga was a supervisor at a Community Legal Services, coordinator of the clinic’s Eviction Prevention Project, and a school year coordinator for Pro Bono Students of Canada. For this work, Olga received the Stanley C. Tessis award, given to a student who demonstrates outstanding advocacy skills in a broad range of court appearances.

Olga was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2017 and has successfully represented clients at the Small Claims Court, Divisional Court, Superior Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and the Landlord and Tenant Board. After practicing Personal Injury Litigation for 2 years, Olga joined the highly knowledgeable and experienced team at Refcio & Associates.

Olga’s practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation, franchise law, employment law and estate litigation. Olga particularly enjoys helping her clients secure favorable contracts and settlements and ensures to give them all the information they require to make a fully informed decision.
