Our rapidly growing Civil Litigation Department which includes three (3) experienced Litigation Clerks and another Associate Lawyer requires an additional experienced Associate Lawyer in order to satisfy demand. Scope of the Position:
The main and unique responsibilities for the role of Paralegal will include:

  • Supporting lawyers by assembling and organizing client case information;
  • Preparing necessary court forms for filing with the court;
  • Preparing correspondence pertaining to various litigation matters;
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients by providing ongoing case updates;
  • Monitoring court required deadlines;
  • Scheduling meetings with clients; corresponding with them to set up meetings;
  • Corresponding with the court and/or process servers;
  • Filling out court documents within the scope of the role (ie: court info use form; affidavit of service);
  • Preparing court documents (ie: claims and settlement conference briefs);
  • Attending promotional events when asked to do so;
